Job Overview and Responsibilities Lead supply chain representative on site for any issues relating to customer service or Supply Chain activities. 3PL Management of assigned Warehouse(s), Distribution Center(s), Bulk storage yards for MP produced products Responsible for ensuring proficiency at all levels to ensure effective utilization of personnel, alignment with OF processes, procedures, and systems and reporting and delivering KPI's as identified by Supply Chain Management. Ensure the site meets its critical objectives by leading assigned elements of HSE, Quality and Operations Improvement plans. Champions advancement initiatives in the areas of Safety (in support of Global RII targets), Zero Defect, being Customer Obsessed and leading Operational Improvements through utilization of a continuous improvement culture. Education and Experience Degree in engineering, supply chain, or business management from an accredited university, or 10 years of progressive career experience. Skills Utilities certification or class rating, regulatory certification such as IATA, IMDG, D.O.T., strong leadership competencies, strong organizational skills and the ability to engage employees at all levels within the organization. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
