Summary:
This position will oversee shipping and receiving documentation of products in the warehouse.
This position will also coordinate cycle counts and month-end inventory.

Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Required Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Previous warehouse / Inventory and shipping and receiving experience Good interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer application programs and good keyboarding skills Working knowledge of EDI and ASN transmission Preferred Education and
Experience:
Ability to read and understand customer shipping requirements and documentation Post-secondary degree Logistics and/or supply chain experience.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for the completion and accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation.
Create ASN and transmit through EDI per customer requirements.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the customer service team.
Coordinate month-end inventory plan and activities with Plant Manager and Senior Financial Analyst.
Coordinate cycle count plan and activities with Plant Manager.
Assist Kan Ban specialists in preparing products and documentation for shipments per the QSI and packaging instructions.
Assures all shipping and receiving and inventory procedures are followed.
Ensures that all inspection records are accurate and complete.
Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality and safety.
Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
Verify that all safety requirements are adhered to.
Report any safety infractions to the supervisor or manager.
Adheres to all Company policies and procedures as outlined, including all safety and quality policies and procedures, and guidelines.
Assume other duties as necessary and as assigned by the Plant Manager.
