Our facility is located in Mount Pleasant, TN.

No relocation assistance.

Job Duties:
Must learn and understand Landmark's business and standards.
Must maintain the strictest level of confidentiality.
Daily interaction with employees at all levels required.
Assist with Administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling interviews, etc.
Maintenance of the Time and Attendance system.
Including tracking, correcting errors etc.
Responsible for employee data and information changes in HRIS Systems (insurance deductions, new hires, terminations, etc.
Maintain Employee files and documentation including training certifications, disciplinary actions, etc.
Must be motivated, work independently, and continuously improve processes.
Coordinate other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience Ability to multi-task a must.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must be willing and able to learn new skills and techniques.
Must be proficient in MS Office (i.
e.
Word, Excel, etc.
).
Prior HR experience preferred Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience with ADP a plus Work is typically performed in a standard office environment, is sedentary in nature and typically requires occasional carrying, maneuvering and lifting in order to complete duties of the position.
Frequent hand /eye coordination is used to operate keyboard and related office equipment.
